Property tax increases and other costs imposed by governments have made it harder and harder to stay afloat. The City of Edmonton has a long trend of annual increases in property taxes revenue that exceeds the rate of population growth plus inflation.
Prosperity Edmonton is urging City Council not to increase property taxes in its upcoming budget.
